The mission of the Retired Officers Welfare Society (ROWS) is to safeguard and promote the welfare, dignity, and legitimate rights of retired officers of Indian Oil Corporation Limited. We are dedicated to ensuring fair pension reforms, social security, and mutual support for all members. Through collective representation, knowledge sharing, and compassionate engagement, we strive to improve the quality of life of our members and their families.
